　　一、什么是IB MYP中學(xué)項目？

 

　　中學(xué)項目是IBO為11歲至16歲的學(xué)生設(shè)計的。它提供一種學(xué)習(xí)的體系框架，鼓勵學(xué)生成長為具有創(chuàng)造、批判和反思意識的思考者。中學(xué)項目強(qiáng)調(diào)智力方面的挑戰(zhàn)，鼓勵學(xué)生在他們所學(xué)習(xí)的傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科之間，以及課堂學(xué)習(xí)與真實世界之間建立連系。它培養(yǎng)學(xué)生發(fā)展交流、多元文化理解和全球參與等方面的技能，對于將要成為全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的年青人來說，這些都是至關(guān)重要的品質(zhì)。The MYP is designed for students aged 11 to 16.It provides a framework of learning that encourages students to become creative,critical and reflective thinkers.The MYP emphasizes intellectual challenge,encouraging students to make connections between their studies in traditional subjects and the real world.It fosters the development of skills for communication,intercultural understanding and global engagement—essential qualities for young people who are becoming global leaders.

 

　　二、什么是個人設(shè)計Personal project？

 

　　中學(xué)項目的設(shè)計課題以學(xué)生為中心，并與他們的年齡相適應(yīng)，通過一個由探究、行動和反思構(gòu)成的周期，使學(xué)生參與實際探索。中學(xué)項目的設(shè)計課題幫助學(xué)生發(fā)展國際文憑學(xué)習(xí)者培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)中的各項品質(zhì)，為學(xué)生提供重要的機(jī)會，展示他們通過中學(xué)項目所掌握的學(xué)習(xí)方法方面的技能，并培養(yǎng)他們成長為獨(dú)立自主的終身學(xué)習(xí)者。MYP projects are student-centered and age-appropriate,and they enable students to engage in practical explorations through a cycle of inquiry,action and reflection.MYP projects help students to develop the attributes of the IB learner profile;provide students with an essential opportunity to demonstrate ATL skills developed through the MYP;and foster the development of independent,lifelong learners.

 

　　三、個人設(shè)計對學(xué)生成長的重要意義

 

　　個人設(shè)計鼓勵學(xué)生練習(xí)和強(qiáng)化他們掌握的學(xué)習(xí)方法(ATL)方面的技能，鞏固已前的和具體學(xué)科中的學(xué)習(xí)，并拓展個人的興趣領(lǐng)域。個人設(shè)計為學(xué)生提供極好的機(jī)會，創(chuàng)作真正屬于個人的和具有創(chuàng)造性的作品/成果，展示他們對中學(xué)項目學(xué)習(xí)的鞏固。設(shè)計課題為學(xué)生提供許多機(jī)會，讓他們根據(jù)個人的需要進(jìn)行個性化學(xué)習(xí)和表達(dá)。設(shè)計課題的個人性質(zhì)非常重要，應(yīng)當(dāng)圍繞一個能夠激勵和引起學(xué)生個人興趣的挑戰(zhàn)展開。每個學(xué)生要獨(dú)立開展并完成一項個人設(shè)計。

 

　　The personal project encourages students to practice and strengthen their approaches to learning(ATL)skills,to consolidate prior and subject-specific learning,and to develop an area of personal interest.The personal project provides an excellent opportunity for students to produce a truly personal and often creative product/outcome and to demonstrate a consolidation of their learning in the MYP.The project offers many opportunities for differentiation of learning and expression according to students’individual needs.The personal nature of the project is important;the project should revolve around a challenge that motivates and interests the individual student.Each student develops a personal project independently.

 

　　參加評審時，學(xué)校要向由國際文憑組織委任的獨(dú)立的外部評審員提交中學(xué)項目每個學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的，出自項目最后一年的，已評估過的學(xué)生作業(yè)樣本(也要提交個人設(shè)計樣本)。國際文憑組織通過這一程序，確保學(xué)校和教師在對自己的學(xué)生進(jìn)行評估時，采用了國際統(tǒng)一的中學(xué)項目評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
